We have treadmills, horizontal and vertical bikes, elipticas, free weights and machines.
Our youngest member is 12 and our oldest 82!! Our members come from all corners of the world, Scandinavia, north and south of Europe, east to the west.
We are so happy about our friendly members and want everyone to feel at home in our gym!

All will get help to get started if needed, in the gym with a program. The staff assists with technique and movements, for everyone to get it right from the start. We have over 50 years of experience between us!

The gym is just opposite Repsol petrol station in north exit/entrance of Guardamar Del Segura. Parkingspace is available in front of the gym and on the other side of the road. The room is light and fresh and cleaned every morning. Please come and have a look!
We have ac for the hot summer months and heating for those chilly winter mornings when needed.

We also sell supplements and there are also ready-made drinks and bars, and we can mix a fresh smoothie.
